2. Payments

• All services require partial upfront payment unless otherwise agreed.

• Final balances are due as per the signed agreement or upon delivery of the project.

• Accepted payment methods include [bank transfer, credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.].

3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted within 30 working days of payment if:

• A written cancellation request is submitted within the refund period.

• Project work has not exceeded 30% completion.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5 working days.

• Granted with in 30 days of payment

Note: Refunds do not apply to completed services, consultation hours, or digital products already delivered.

4. Intellectual Property

• All creative work (logos, websites, content, campaigns, etc.) remains the property of Mir Global LLC until full payment is received.

• After full payment, ownership rights transfer to the client unless stated otherwise.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information and required materials

• Respond promptly to feedback requests

• Make timely payments as per agreements

6. Limitation of Liability

Mir Global LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
